How to have the wedding of your dreams at Bridgeleigh.
Here are some cost saving ideas & discounts for those on a tight budget.
Excludes Valentine's Day, Public Holidays, New Years Eve.
We can offer the Bride & Groom our fine services & facilities at reduced rates.
You just need to be flexible with your date so consider the following options...
Sunday weddings
Reduced venue hire is charged. You only need a maximum of 50 full-priced adults any month.
Friday weddings
Reduced venue hire is charged. You only need a maximum of 50 full-priced adults any month.
Lunchtime weddings
Reduced venue hire is charged. You only need a minimum of 50 full-priced adults any month. Lunches run for about 4 hours so there is a saving on liquor and entertainment. Your garden ceremony would need to be held at 10 to 10:30am. Guests are seated at 12pm & the hall has to be vacated by 4pm.
Saturday Evening Off peak months
If you desperately want a Saturday evening but only have a small number of guests, then you can have a Saturday evening in January, February, May, June, July, August, September, & December where you only need a minimum of 50 full-priced adults. (Our peak months of March, April, October & November have a Saturday minimum of 60 full-priced adults in the Boronia Hall & 80 full-priced adults in the Banksia Hall)
Wedding breakfast $48.00
Be different & have an early morning ceremony at 8am. Followed by a sumptuous Buffet Breakfast. Hall to be vacated by 1pm.
Cocktail Party $68.00 for 3 hours
If you don't want a formal reception then a short Cocktail Party may suit you. Finger food & drinks are included for 3 hours plus 1/2 hour for farewell & wind down.
Not available on a Saturday evening. Minimum of 50 full-priced adults any month.
All-Inclusive Wedding Packages 10% saving
Our All-Inclusive Packages...The Best of Bridgeleigh, Magic of Bridgeleigh, Lunchtime Magic, Winter Magic & Ultimate Bridgeleigh are discounted by about 10% so are a great saving. Most services needed for the garden wedding & reception are included & certainly make organising your wedding a lot less stressful.
Wedding Special $83.50
Our Wedding Special is also a basic food & drinks package that is value for money. It includes a 3 course set menu, 5 hours of beer, wine & soft drinks plus silk table flowers. There are optional extras available as well. Because it is a budget package, it is only available on a Saturday evening in May, June, July, August & September. It is available Sunday evenings any month. A minimum of 50 full-priced adults applies.
Hire of Bridgeleigh DJ Console $120.00
& Special Effects Lights $100.00
If you want to save money on entertainment & you have a budding DJ friend then we have our professional DJ Console available for hire if you want to bring your own iPod or CDs. It has high quality speakers. We also recommend that you hire the lights that go with it to create a party atmosphere on the dance floor.
We offer a variety of discounts at certain times of the year & the following conditions apply...
A minimum of 50 full-priced guests is required.
It is only for a Formal 3 course meal eg. Entree, Main Course, Dessert or Harvest Buffet/Vintage Buffet menus chosen from the Menu Booklet.

Mid Week Wedding 25% Discount
Weddings held Monday to Thursday evening have 25% discount off the food component (not liquor). Further discount as no venue hire is charged.
Winter Wedding 20% Discount
Experience Bridgeleigh in Winter & enjoy the discount.
Weddings held in June, July or August have 20% off the food component (not liquor). A venue hire still applies on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Our large dance floor can be used for your ceremony if the weather is inclement.
